1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and BWW77 ("BWW77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the BWW77 online gaming platform, website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the BWW77 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by BWW77, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by it. 2. Eligibility

To register and use the BWW77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law applicable to casino-style online gambling. BWW77 does not permit persons under 21 years of age to register, deposit, or participate in any game on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register as players on BWW77.

BWW77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, or PhilSys national ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by BWW77 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

If BWW77 determines at any time that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this section, BWW77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold or return any funds in accordance with applicable law.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible person may register only one (1) account on the BWW77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. BWW77 employs technical and manual measures to detect multi-accounting and will terminate all associated accounts upon detection.

When registering your BWW77 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. BWW77 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BWW77 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including all wagers, deposits, and withdrawals — will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify BWW77 support immediately.

BWW77 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the BWW77 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). BWW77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. BWW77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are generally credited to your BWW77 account instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. If a deposit does not appear in your account within thirty (30) minutes, please contact BWW77 support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed. BWW77 may request identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding winnings may be withdrawn.
• BWW77 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers.

BWW77 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. In cases where fraudulent activity is confirmed, BWW77 may forfeit the relevant funds and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

BWW77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and this Agreement, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus terms applicable to all BWW77 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. BWW77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or use of automated software — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits on their BWW77 account will not be eligible to receive promotional offers during the period of their restriction.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the BWW77 Platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing conducted by trained dealers under controlled conditions. BWW77 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players.

By participating in any game on BWW77, you agree to be bound by the specific rules of that game as displayed on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the BWW77 server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative.

BWW77 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, BWW77 will endeavor to restore affected players to the position they were in prior to the affected round. BWW77 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for games available on BWW77 are published in the respective game information sections. Players acknowledge that all gambling involves risk and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BWW77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or verification, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one BWW77 account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the BWW77 Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the BWW77 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. BWW77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to BWW77 systems, other player accounts, or any part of the Platform not intended for public access.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the BWW77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. BWW77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. BWW77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude BWW77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

BWW77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BWW77 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the BWW77 Platform after any such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting BWW77 support.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and BWW77, you agree to first contact BWW77 support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. BWW77 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section shall prevent BWW77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
